"A guy looked at my airplane the other day and said I wonder how many people I could have fed for the price of that airplane...
I replied I am not sure, it fed a lot of families at the Dassault factory where it was built. I’m sure it fed a bunch of families that rolled the aluminum at the Alcoa factory. It surely fed a lot of people at the Honeywell factory where the experts built the turbines. It fed a whole company for a few weeks when I had them build me a new interior. It feeds the families of the linemen that fuel it.
That’s the difference between capitalism and a welfare mentality. When you buy something, you put money in people's pockets, and give them dignity for their skills.
When you give someone something for nothing, you rob them of their dignity and self worth.
Capitalism is freely giving your money in exchange for something of value.
Socialism is taking your money against your will and shoving something down your throat that you never asked for."
Breathtaking moment! A man parks his car when 3 armed robbers suddenly appear.
The shocking twist? His instant reaction before they reach him.
What’s his weapon?
A. Folded table
B. Special RPG
Thankfully I have numbers rather than opinions.
The average number of days per year in the U.S. reaching 95°F was ~18% lower during the 60-year period 1961 to 2020 compared to 1901 to 1960.
The number of days reaching 100°F and 105°F have also declined since 1895.
@TheAKGuy called me directly via personal cell phone and asked “how can I help” He showed up. No cameras around him. No cameras in hand. These photos were taken by MY staff.. and he has not asked for these pictures either…
We gave him some needs and some things that would make our first responders and clean up staff’s lives easier as they work very hard to clean up this catastrophe.
Brandon Herrera is delivering as we speak.
I’d be remiss not to show public appreciation for this man. Thank you, Brandon.
I may also add, day 1 of the flood when we were a literal island. His team reached out and offered support.
California has a 2nd high speed rail project
This time it’s planned to connect Las Vegas with Rancho Cucamonga and done by a private company
🚨 But here’s the scam, it’s still funded by our tax dollars. The Biden Admin gave a $3 billion federal grant for this project, which is our tax dollars
The project is already delayed years, has absolutely no tracks laid and the entire stretch of the project has no construction
The company that’s in charge also just had another railway possibly go bankrupt….
All Democrats do is launder our money
The company Brightline’s Florida operations is now in heavy debt, already $5.5 billion dollars. The cost for the LA project ballooned from $12 billion to $21.5 billion. There is no way anything is getting done
@MMAFighting It has to suck that he has been so quickly forgotten now that we have Hokit. He had a crazy gas tank and some great fights but retired and poof, no one talks about him good or bad.
