Their legal dept decided it was my fault based on footage which showed the coffee was only there for 3 minutes before I fell. Not even an offer to pay medical bills. At least you got $.60 🙄 Where’s Woolies Marketing Dept??

@woolworths I fell 26 May 21 at Gregory Hills store. I want reimbursement for $450 physio but got legal letter saying it’s not Woolies fault as coffee was only on floor for 3 mins. I am loyal customer, expected apology and compassion from customer service, not to be blown off by a lawyer 🤷🏻‍♀️
