The #1 priority of admin should be staff morale.
Everything else is secondary. Here's a few tips:
* give them a voice
* Trust them as professionals
* Treat everyone as individuals/ humans
* Respect their time
* Show them you care personal/professional
* celebrate/ appreciate

The MN Legislature is considering a bill that mandates max class sizes: 17 or less K-3, 21 or less 4-9 & 23 or less 10-12

The concept is good but there are 3 main obstacles: cost of new staff, finding new staff, and a lack of space

In Hutch this means hiring 32 additional tchrs
