Explanation:
Housemates are divided into cliques in which inside are 4 members. If one of the housemates in your clique wins safety, the entire "clique" is safe.

Possible alternatives:
Each clique CAN be nominated together or evicted together. Or the list of nominees must come from 1 clique and a Kapuso and Kapamilya (2 housemates) will be evicted. The surviving pair of a clique will win safety aka. the Golden Key (see Big Brother US 13 on how this works)
