The fear of an AI jobs apocalypse is loud. The data from nine major institutions tells a quieter, more consequential story.
170 million jobs will be created by 2030, against 92 million displaced. Every function now demands roughly four more skills than it did last year. Novice workers are seeing a 34% increase in productivity. AI governance as a job category grew 81% in a single cycle. The labor market is not contracting; it is upgrading fast.
The organizations that understand this will redesign roles before the market forces their hand. The ones still planning around displacement risk are solving for the wrong variable entirely.

ct isn't pushing jackshit, i don't how hard i can stress this.
market is different, you need to find the best fundamentals with actual real use-case to institutions and bet hard on them. ones that can attract outside capital from our ct bubble and intstitutional money.
This wouldn’t happen if AI was peer-reviewable.
This is the problem Traceix solves. We can work together to perfect AI and better the world.
Peer-reviewable AI is the future. Enough black boxes and “trust me bro”. It’s time to prove it.

Taking a break from CT was necessary. CT can only teach you so much.
The main thing you should be focused on is your trading strategy. Not the noise. Not the flexing. Not the emotional validation loops.
CT is largely an echo chamber. People wanting to be heard, reassured, or seen. None of that improves your P&L.
What actually matters is locking in. You don’t need to publicize everything. You don’t need an audience to validate your progress.
The beauty of crypto is that you can quietly build an underground network of wealth and nobody would even know.
A lot of what I’ve learned is what not to do and who not to become. To some extent, this space is a cautionary tale.
I learned a lot last year and I’m still learning, but one thing I’m done with is over-glorifying the trenches.
The trenches aren’t a badge of honor. They’re a phase.
If you don’t graduate from them, they turn into a trap.
Focus on yourself. Build your own strategy. Do your own research.
No crying in the casino.
realizing everything you experience is a projection of your own consciousness and it’s never that serious, you can just say fuck it and decide it no longer controls you
