@SNHMD Good morning, I am extremely concerned about the service at St. Nicholas Hospital- my elderly in-law is there but your staff refuse to tell us what’s going on. This is very concerning
@OmbudServices @bt_uk Thanks. I’m still waiting for a call back from @bt_uk . I called to complain, was promised a call back from manager. Still waiting. If they don’t respond can I lodge complaint with you?
@BTCare I didn’t say you monitor website used. Please check before responding. I said it’s not at all clear exactly how you calculate broadband use. I’ve searched my account & found no guidance
@MoneySupermkt just sharing my experience with new @bt_uk ‘deal’. I trust you which is why I took it up. My duty to warn others, don’t get into same mess. Trying to leave -it’s only 1 month but its clear this isn’t a fair deal. Guess what -they want to charge me £300+
@BTCare@Ofcom@MoneySupermkt @OmbudServices yes it’s not clear exactly how my broadband usage exceeded the allowance despite NO change in my actual use. That’s not a transparent bill merely an excuse to lock in customer with fake deal then turn the screw.
@BTCare@Ofcom@MoneySupermkt all you see online is a graph indicating it’s going up which coincidentally rises as billing date approaches. It does not show how the actual usage is calculated. Not transparent
@BTCare@Ofcom Your £24.99 deal is unfair! Without transparency you claim customer has gone over their GB, how? I signed on 20/12/17 but want to leave as not transparent or clear but you want to charge me £300+! Why? I don’t trust your services.
@BTCare@Ofcom Your £24.99 deal is unfair! Without transparency you claim customer has gone over their GB, how? I signed on 20/12/17 but want to leave as not transparent or clear but you want to charge me £300+! Why? I don’t trust your services.
@BTCare@MoneySupermkt The £24.99 deal isn’t actually that! Suddenly you’ve gone over your allowance and are charged £1.80 for every GB! Trouble is:1. We barely use the BB.2. How exactly did they arrive at this number? No explanation
@OmbudServices please investigate @bt_uk for a non-transparent & grossly unfair services and exorbitant penalty charges. Customers shouldn’t be bullied by these huge companies.
@bt_uk please explain why hidden charges hike up your so called £24.99 deal so drastically? Why is broadband use calculator shrouded in mystery? No more trust.
@MoneySupermkt took on your advice, renewed with @bt_uk worst mistake. Please remove as phone/broadband option from your site. Not an honest or fair deal. Beware.
@OmbudServices please scrutinise @bt_uk phone/broadband deals. Customers being stung by hidden charges & unclear broadband use measurement. Please investigate.
@MoneySupermkt Please stop advising customers to take up @bt_uk £24.99 phone/broadband deal! It’s a scam. Hidden unclear charges hikes it up! So disappointed
@bt_uk I’m sick of the scam, after just one month with higher bill despite £24.99 claim , I want out! Trying to penalise me with £300+ charge will not work!
@Ocado I hope so. Though I initially contacted your team directly and an investigation was promised I haven’t heard back to date. Again, trust is key. Customers do cross check the price in your shopping basket against the site price before delivery!
@Ocado But when my delivery date came & it was clear that despite the unchanged price on your site, you intended to charge me more, I contacted you. All I can add is: customers beware! Trust is key & so far I have not been given a logical explanation for this.
