My brother in law just received a message to say no food and drink will be provided today on his flight.
He flying 20.10 Manchester London H
22.25 London H to Cape Town
Can you confirm if this message is for both flights or just the Manchester to London?

@British_Airways It gets worse another 24 hr delay as you let the Cape Town flight leave without the connecting flight people. BA to BA flight and you can’t hold it 15 mins. Shocking

@HSBC_UK I really do think you need more staff!!! 8 Am call and being told wait time in excess of 30 mins.... you have just opened , shocking . I’ve been on hold now nearly 6 hrs over 3 days !!! That is very poor service and no respect for customers time m😡😡😡
