๐จ I need to say this in plain language. Something is extremely fishy with what Ruto said yesterday.
He said CBK will be the first buyer of gold mined in Kenya. Process it here.
Stop raw exports unless they go through approved channels.
On TV, that sounds like we finally woke up but sit with it for a minute.
The gold Kenya puts on paper is small: about 390.5 kg a year, 2021โ25. The gold people talk about in the informal market is huge: around 300 kg a month, about KSh36B unrecorded.
And some of what moves through this country is not even โours.โ Kenya has been a corridor for undeclared metal linked to Sudan and South Sudan.
So when the Ruto govt suddenly wants to stand first in line, I do not hear patriotism first.
I hear a possible hidden plan:
Take gold nobody can cleanly trace fromSudan or DRC, melt it locally, sell it to CBK, and let a government receipt finish the story. Then export to UAE and make money, RSF then gets their share.
I am not in the room. I cannot swear that is the motive.
But I can say this: if you wanted to clean illegal gold, that is what the machine could look like.
If I am wrong, it is easy to prove.
Publish who may sell. Publish the origin test. Publish what gets rejected. Publish the kilos already bought.
If they cannot, then this isnโt a reserve strategy but it is a pure coverup. And so I hope you know what's happening.
Nairobi CBD looks like a city in a war-torn country. Rubble and debris are everywhere, potholes as deep as the governor's dimples.

When you hear politicians suddenly uniting to tell you who the โenemyโ is, pause and ask yourself one question:
Who benefits when citizens are divided and distracted?
Too often, the political class closes ranks not to defend the people, but to defend the system that feeds them. They want Kenyans fighting each other while corruption, impunity, unemployment, and economic injustice continue unchecked.
The moment someone begins questioning the structure of exploitation, the wardens of the prison quickly unite and point at a new โenemyโ to keep the prisoners distracted.
Kenyans must stop worshipping political camps and start defending principles. Accountability is not tribal. Justice is not regional. Truth is not partisan.
The real struggle is not between ordinary citizens. The real struggle is between a corrupt system and the people paying the price for it every day.

Did you know? ๐ซ๐ท
In France, former President Nicolas Sarkozy was jailed for abuse of power and illicit campaign financing, becoming the first post-war French president to actually taste prison.
Imagine that! What you do with this information is up to you

On this day, 18 years ago, on 12 May 2008, I published my first article in the @NationAfrica challenging the injustice of odious debt.
I argued then, as I do now, that debts incurred against the interests of the people cannot morally or legally be imposed on generations that never consented to them.
Africa must stop begging for relief from debts designed to enrich a few and impoverish millions. We must audit, question, repudiate, and prosecute where necessary.
Odious debt is not development. It is economic capture. The struggle continues.

He will finally send his KES 1,000,000 or even 2,000,000 to cater to burial expenses. He will send condolences full of litres of tears. He will cry like the professional mourner we know he is.
Dr Job Masakhue Lukuru Obwaka was a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist for a very long time. For more than 50 years he has served as a doctor; he's fairly wealthy, estimated at a net worth of over a billion!
Dr Obwaka should have just died a natural death. He had accomplished everything that he wanted in life. His family would have wished to see him rest while standing next to his hospital bed.
Someone took care of his life so well to the age of 83, only to be KILLED by a professional SADIST and career ASSASSIN who cares for nothing but his CORRUPT interests.
We will forget Dr Obwaka just like we did the Kiambaa Church victims, just like we did Yebei, Kenei, Jacob Juma, Rex Maasai/the 25th June Gen Zs, Ojwang and thousands of others, but the blood of those people won't stop pushing us to get justice for them.
The only justice will be sending the CRIMINAL back to Sugoi. This country is as sad as we weren't before independence. We have SATAN for a leader!
@itskipronoh The politicians in this country are a cut from the people. Look at this fella. You can't be a government critic in less than a year ago then all over sudden you change tune without a tangible change from the government.
MCHEZO YA TOWN ALERT!!
Do not buy the staged ODM conflict with UDA. These conmen and women want to con us again, on top of already conning us. Multitasking fraud, if you ask me.
From where Iโm sitting, the bread-based team has realized ODM is losing popularity, and now they want to act opposition-like, just enough noise to consolidate their base without actually upsetting the dining table.
How does Simba Arati, the same man who was showering Ruto with praises and chanting TUTAM yesterday, wake up and sit in a meeting to call out the very same man?
Remember, this is the same Arati who literally endorsed Kithure Kindiki for DP two days ago.
No way these people are fighting this early. Hii ni mchezo ya town, and a very lazy one at that. I donโt buy it at all.
Unless they come out and chant WANTAM and RUTO MUST GO, they are still dining with the enemy.
And if youโre dining with the enemyโฆ you are the enemy.
