How can you not be watching I’m a Celeb and falling a little bit in love with @romankemp?

[Clare @delabird]

@superzings can you confirm if this is a zing? I can’t find it on any collectors sheet - thanks

[Clare @delabird]

Do you remember when you joined Twitter? I do! #MyTwitterAnniversary

[Clare @delabird]

[Clare @delabird]

Wondering how much of my life will now be sat in cars waiting for my children to wake but not daring to wake them?

[Clare @delabird]

[Clare @delabird]

@HollisterCo you obviously don't read tweets or Fb messages with complaints as I've had no response disgusted by lack of customer service

[Clare @delabird]

@HollisterCo I cannot believe that no one can help with a replacement or arranging a return.

[Clare @delabird]

@HollisterCo If I arrange my own courier it's going to cost £50 plus opposed £9 it would cost if the correct documents were in the package.

[Clare @delabird]

@HollisterCo The return instructions state if you need a replacement label to contact customer services, who could not supply one.

[Clare @delabird]

@HollisterCo Without a returns label I cannot arrange for UPS to collect the item for return as per the return instructions.

[Clare @delabird]

@HollisterCo I placed 2 orders prior to Christmas I now need to return several items but neither shipment had a returns label

[Clare @delabird]

@HollisterCo Extremely disappointed & frustrated that it appears no one can help with the simple task of sending a replacement returns label

[Clare @delabird]

@UKGap I've tried the last two days to check out online and it fails to let me #fedup

[Clare @delabird]

Nooo @Schofe I need more, I need to see what's happening now! Loved it & am missing you already. £10 donated yesterday :) enjoy your sleep x
