@CitizensAdvice Been working as agency for 18 months. The pay deal at company has just gone thru and shud be backdated to January but been told as agency staff we not getting it! I got it last year. Have we any rights?

Are u in council tax band A-D? U were entitled to a £150 cost of living rebate earlier this year. It was automatic if u pay council tax by direct debit. Others had to claim.

@CitizensAdvice I need some advice on a holiday company we booked with in February 2020 and couldn't go cos of covid and they are refusing to refund deposit (£600) and say the issued us with a voucher as a 'goodwill gesture'. What are our rights?
