@careinsuranceIN Still waiting to hear about my claim. Supposedly it was APPROVED a long time back. I fail to understand why so many days are being spent on this tiny matter. Rs 86 k might be tiny for @careinsuranceIN but for a middle class it's a significant amount. Why torture a senior citizen?

@careinsuranceIN Highlighting another imp info. The subject claim ( which is rejected by you) had a query, to which we replied suitably. As seen in your Letter- claim is APPROVED, just a document was needed, which was provided to @careinsuranceIN timely. Is there explanation for this?
@careinsuranceIN If you have rejected claim based on 'absurd' reasons then be brave enough to share proof for same. That way I'll also shut my mouth & stop chasing you for my rightful money. IRDAI says to give special benefits to senior citizens. @careinsuranceIN seems to do the opposite😡
@careinsuranceIN It's been 2-3 days with no reply from @careinsuranceIN . This is the text msg received. The ailment (in my case) is Bilateral TKR. It's funny & strange coz Care cleared the hospital bill via cashless and also many Physio bills last month for TKR. Now ailment is excluded🧐
