@HMRCcustomers and it doesn't recognise employer PAYE number, says it's wrong, despite putting it in 4 times and having the correct number.

@HMRCcustomers - cannot find Gateway ID number. Tried to recover it, sends you an access code to your email, but then asks:
Self Assessment
PAYE for employers
VAT
Personal tax account
Corporation Tax
Other services
Have neither! I do not have a letter with PAYE number on.

@HMRCcustomers - How can I obtain a copy of tax credit award without holding on the phone for 47 mins and then getting cut off. I tried yesterday too but had to hang up after 30 mins.

@HMRCcustomers No, I am employed. I am trying to get on to open HMRC savings account. Starts with Govt gateway log in number which I cannot find.

@ZARA_Care What absolutely appalling return / refund experience. Not usually experienced a problem in the past, but low and behold, when the refund is for £99 absolute nightmare. Just looked on line how to complain, and find this is not just my problem with Zara. Sort it out!

@virginmedia No, I have no phone!!!! I would have called in the first place if I could. Clearly I need a new SIM, it's not recognising it, it doesnt work in my partners phone etc ASAP please. Also discounted bill seeing as I've had no phone for a week.
