dogshit company bans my account of 10 years, ignores evidence of bad actors, and their CTO ghosts us for 3 weeks straight only to tell us they upheld the ban 3 weeks prior — yet instantly responds to support requests for AI groups.

I’m really upset. I haven’t been told why my account was banned to begin with, and I still don’t know if it was genuinely due to being compromised or mass reporting. The fact I begged for weeks to hear something only for this to be the response is painful. I don’t understand.

@discord_support @svishnevskiy this is going to be a bit of a stressful emotional post from me, but please help @Beethovenus , your support system is not doing anything, you got people who submit tickets that are instantly closed by your Nelly/Clyde bot, who tell them to submit another ticket or use the in app system that either doesn’t work or people can’t sign into their account.

You also got people who might be in my situation of submitting a dispute ticket to your disputed email after submitting tickets failed(I submitted 5 tickets all closed even one that I made after being told in another email to resubmit the ticket by your staff) 60 days is your limit of trying to respond, but I’ve been waiting 120+ days with no interaction to my ticket.

I’ve submitted so much evidence to you, the malicious user emailing me how they got my account permanently banned, showed my bank account going from $300 to nearly -$400 due to the phisher/extorter sent money to 3 random Turkish streamers as subs/bits in an attempt to launder money, even emailing my states Attorney General, filing a complaint to the BBB getting either a automated response, or no response, and filed this to the FTC and FBI through the IC3 yet still no communication from you. Yes I had a lapse in judgment that caused my situation, but the fact that they are most likely still on @discord doing it again to 100s of victims since my attack is sickening and shouldn’t even be possible, but I guess you’re too busy thinking of “new” features to put behind paywalls while these criminal organizations continue to use Discord to cause harm across the globe. Just please help people out, I’m sure a good portion of bans you report quarterly are a lot of victims who are treated as harmful to your platform, while the real harmful people are still on your platform creating more victims.
