My Fiber line has been completely dead for over 7 days (Account: 20029913132). Their internal service level agreements mean absolutely nothing—Tickets #11032631172 and #11032756271 were simply allowed to lapse with zero accountability.
When you try to escalate the issue, you realize the entire setup is a house of cards:
🎬 Their frontline IVR lines systematically drop your calls.
🔇 Their localized Nodal Officer lines are completely dead or intentionally rejecting incoming traffic.
🤖 Their corporate email helpdesk are nothing but a deceptive loop of auto-fired scripts designed to artificially pad their resolution metrics.

To anyone looking for reliable internet: avoid @airtelindia at all costs. They will happily take your advance payments and completely abandon you the moment their physical street infrastructure breaks down.
