A movement of bold youths exposing the lies and propaganda of the Delta State government. We demand a Delta that works for the common man, not just the powerful
Dear @DSGovernment
Workers need better welfare, not election-season bonuses. A 13th-month salary won't fix poor policies or improve productivity.
@RtHonSheriff funny how your generosity shows up when your second-term ambitions begin.

The people of Udu stand firmly behind Barr. Collins Egbetamah in whatever legal action he chooses to take regarding the declaration of his seat as vacant by the Delta State House of Assembly.
Beyond being seen as an attack on democracy, many people in Udu view this decision as a direct affront to the people of the constituency. They believe it demonstrates that the Delta State Government does not hold the people of Udu in high regard.
The people of Udu will not forget this development, and they believe their response will be expressed democratically at the ballot box in the 2027 elections.

From humble beginnings to building one of Nigeria's leading indigenous marine logistics companies, Deacon Chris Iyovwaye's journey is a powerful example of vision, resilience, and purpose.
Chris Iyovwaye founded the Wellmann Group in the late 1990s with zero naira and no external support. Through determination, prudent financial management, and a commitment to excellence, he gradually acquired his first set of equipment and laid the foundation for what would become one of Nigeria's leading indigenous marine logistics companies.
Over the years, he transformed the Wellmann Group into a multi-million-dollar organization and an industry leader within Nigeria's oil and gas and marine logistics sector. Today, the company has successfully delivered and participated in some of Nigeria's most significant engineering and marine logistics projects.
These include the transportation of the 3,500-ton Meren/Sonam Topside structure for Chevron Nigeria, the transportation of the 400-ton Ammonium Converter for the Dangote Refinery, the transportation of the 1,500-ton Shell Bonga FPSO topside structures from the Daewoo Yard in Warri to the AMEC facility in Newcastle, United Kingdom, and the load-out and transportation of Chevron Agbami FPSO topsides from Nigerdock, Lagos, to the DSME Yard in Okpo, South Korea.
His journey proves that with vision, perseverance, and excellence, it is possible to build a lasting legacy from the ground up.

When I said we don't have enough equipment on the ground in our healthcare system, some data boys came out to call me a clout chaser.
Today, Deltans are paying the price for the incompetence of an administration that knows nothing except flyovers and social media propaganda. Last year, it was the lack of ambulances. Now, it's hospital beds 🥹
A central hospital without enough beds, despite serving as a teaching hospital for medical students and interns.
@RtHonSheriff is a capital failure
Who is @dchrisiyovwaye
Beyond building a successful business, Deacon Chris has remained deeply committed to giving back to society. He has championed numerous philanthropic initiatives, including the construction of a physiotherapy center at General Hospital Warri and the donation of medical equipment and healthcare facilities to improve patient care.
He also played a hands-on role in the rehabilitation of the Ajamimogha Primary Health Care Centre, reflecting his belief that quality healthcare should be accessible to all. His commitment to community development extends beyond healthcare. Deacon Chris has organized market sanitation and environmental clean-up projects in several communities, including Polokor Market. He has supported the repair of the road at Eboh Junction near Okere Market, provided clean borehole water to underserved communities, and empowered many individuals by donating tricycles, creating sustainable sources of income for families.
One of the causes closest to his heart is caring for widows. For more than 15 consecutive years, Deacon Chris has remained committed to feeding hundreds of widows every December, ensuring they celebrate the festive season with dignity, hope, and the assurance that they have not been forgotten.
His impact goes far beyond business it is measured in the lives he has touched, the communities he has strengthened, and the hope he continues to inspire.

The leadership of the Delta state house of Assembly should know that the people of Udu saw their message loud and clear and if course will fight back at the necessary time. But until then they are all behind Hon Colins Egbetamah come rain and come sun.
Other governors took Delta State backward, but this present administration of @RtHonSheriff has made the situation even worse.
No functional bus terminals
High unemployment
Poor healthcare
Little or no infrastructure development
Bad roads
Political thugs appointed as SSAs instead of creating meaningful jobs
Dirty markets
Unreliable electricity
How can we truly be proud as Deltans when years of poor governance and neglect have left many young people struggling to survive?
Many watched their parents work hard yet remain trapped in poverty. They saw honest labour rewarded with hardship, while others appeared to prosper through questionable means.
Today, concerns about internet fraud and transactional relationships have become part of the conversation about the challenges facing many young people in our state. Meanwhile, those trying to earn an honest living are finding life increasingly difficult.
An administration that fails to create opportunities for its youth should not be surprised when many begin looking elsewhere for a means of survival.
Deltans can and must do better. We need leadership that prioritizes quality education, job creation, entrepreneurship, industrialisation, improved healthcare, reliable infrastructure, and genuine youth empowerment—not rewarding touts and bad behaviour.
These are some of the reasons I believe we should all support leaders who are committed to real development and accountability. I believe @dchrisiyovwaye is the right man for the job.
Below are examples of the development under the @RtHonSheriff administration:
Frame 1: The reality of Delta State.
Frame 2: The state of healthcare in Delta State.
Frame 3: The reality of a secondary school in the state under the present administration.
Frame 4: Another healthcare facility that, is not functioning adequately.

As intellectually aware, educated, and politically conscious as many Deltans are, too many still abandon critical thinking when politics is involved.
Move from one comment section to another, and you'll find the same people hurling insults at anyone who dares to criticize the governor, Okowa, or members of the APC. Blind loyalty has replaced independent thinking.
Until we reject politics driven by stomach infrastructure, poverty will continue to define the lives of many. Sadly, many EAs, SSAs, SAs, and media praise singers are struggling themselves. They spend their time attacking fellow citizens online, yet many cannot boldly express those same views to the politicians they defend.
We live in a state where: • The House of Assembly struggles to effectively hold the executive accountable. • Many commissioners act more like loyal aides than independent public servants. • Some Special Advisers have little or no access to the governor, with some reportedly never having met him. • Local Government Chairmen often lack the independence to run their councils effectively. • Councillors are expected to remain silent instead of fully representing the people.
Meanwhile, the political establishment continues to sing its own praises while many ordinary Deltans struggle with hardship every day.
If our people truly understood how wealthy Delta State is, they would realize how much potential has been lost since 1999.
We must speak out against poor governance, reject politics based on "stomach infrastructure, and work together to build a Delta State where government truly serves the people.
Reasons we need @dchrisiyovwaye for governor in delta state.

During my tenure as President of the Rotary Club of Warri, one of the causes I was most passionate about was improving access to healthcare. One of the projects that was particularly close to my heart was the establishment of a physiotherapy centre at the General Hospital, Warri, to ensure that people in our community have access to quality rehabilitation services without unnecessary hardship.
It is no news that many of our public hospitals have suffered years of neglect, leaving patients and healthcare professionals to struggle with inadequate facilities and limited equipment. I have always been burdened by the reality that many people who require physiotherapy after accidents, strokes, surgeries, or other medical conditions are unable to receive the care they need simply because the necessary facilities are unavailable.
I believe this physiotherapy centre will serve as a place of hope and recovery for countless individuals. It will provide patients with the support they need to regain their strength, mobility, independence, and dignity. We also provided essential physiotherapy and mobility equipment to assist healthcare workers in delivering better care and to make daily movement easier for patients undergoing rehabilitation.
I firmly believe that every person, whether privileged or underprivileged, deserves access to quality healthcare. Healthcare is not a luxury, it is a basic human right. While this project is only one step, I am hopeful it will make a lasting difference in the lives of many families and encourage greater investment in our healthcare system.
Together, we can continue to build healthier communities and a better future for all.

Declaring Hon. Collins Ovie Egbetamah's seat vacant is a deliberate act of political intimidation against the people of Udu.
Such actions raise serious concerns about fairness, due process, and equal treatment under the law.
what have the people of Udu done to deserve this?
As I recently concluded my tenure as President of the Rotary Club of Warri, I have taken time over the past week to reflect on the progress that we, as members of the Rotary Club of Warri, achieved together. Looking back, I can only thank Almighty God for His grace, strength, and faithfulness throughout this remarkable journey.
One of the projects that will always remain close to my heart is the rehabilitation of the Ajamimogha Primary Health Care Centre. I have always believed that sustainable healthcare begins with strong primary healthcare services because they are the first point of care for many families in our communities.
Before we began this project, the condition of the health centre was deeply concerning. It had deteriorated to a level that broke my heart. I firmly believed that our people deserved better. While healthcare infrastructure remains a responsibility of government, I also believe that when we have the opportunity to make a difference, we should not look away.
Together with the incredible members of the Rotary Club of Warri, we transformed the facility into a cleaner, safer, and more dignified environment for healthcare workers and the people they serve. Although we have not yet reached the standard we all aspire to, we have taken an important step in the right direction.
To me, this was never just about renovating a building. It was about restoring dignity, improving access to quality healthcare, and demonstrating that service to humanity can bring meaningful and lasting change. Every mother, father, child, and elderly person deserves access to healthcare in an environment that reflects their worth.
I remain grateful to every Rotarian, partner, volunteer, and supporter who contributed to making this project a reality. Your commitment reminds me that when people come together with a shared purpose, no challenge is too great to overcome.
As I close this chapter, I do so with gratitude and with renewed determination to continue serving our communities in every way I can. The work continues, and by God’s grace, the best is still ahead.

Tomorrow, we begin a new political direction in Delta State from the Senate to the House of Representatives and the House of Assembly. Down to the governor
We'll also be hosting some of the candidates on X Spaces.
I'm back like I never left. 👍
Tomorrow, we feast.
Dear Nigerians @BBCNews and @Mazi_OJD
Frame 1 is a member of the Delta State House of Assembly representing the good people of Udu. Frame 2 is the Governor of Delta State.
Because Frame 1 refused to become a loyal "yes-man," his sitting allowances and other benefits were stopped in June last year after the then-PDP administration defected to the APC.
The people of Udu have continued to suffer from underdevelopment poor roads, inadequate schools, and a failing healthcare system.
Please stay with me.
Did you know that Udu has received virtually no constituency projects from the beginning until now because its representative refused to be a loyal "yes-man"? It is the people who are paying the price.
Now here's the most troubling part.
On June 30, the Delta State House of Assembly declared @HonOvie61105's seat vacant because he defected from the APC to the NDC to better represent his people at the federal level.
The Assembly's justification was that he defected from the APC to the NDC.
So the question is: Why wasn't the Governor's seat declared vacant when he defected from the PDP to the APC?
To the Delta State House of Assembly: Section 109 cannot be enforced against one lawmaker and ignored for others. If the House believes that a legislator who defects without meeting the constitutional requirements should lose their seat, then the same principle must apply to every lawmaker who defected from the PDP to the APC, including the Governor, if the Constitution is to be respected.
Justice should never be selective.
