@OC_TranspoHelps get out of your office and go to blair during the afternoon rush hour. Go to stop D and monitor the situation. Orleans busses needs more frequency and capacity. It has been like this for a very long time, more proof no one is monitoring the situation
Very overloaded after stopping at place d'orleans park and ride, as frustrated customers know all busses be like this when they arrive here so they hop on so they can get to work on time. So start doing what you claim you do and monitor the situation.
@OC_TranspoHelps 2515 overloaded (234 blair) this is very common since this paticular run has been with the small bus. No one is monitoring the situation
@OC_TranspoHelps@OC_Transpo more frequency, more capacity needed in orleans to blair. People boarded a small bus behind an articulated. Who is monitoring the situation or is it another instance of its before 7am so nothing is happening on the bus network
Meanwhile you are in a open cozy office while your paying customers are in a sardine can because of smaller busses. Meanwhile you have double decker busses servicing local routes that are empty. When they should be on the main routes or lrt feeding routes. Who is doing the plans
@OC_TranspoHelps@OC_Transpo busses to the east is in need of refinement, more frequency, more capacity do not rely on the train, do not plan on the train fixing the issue. When the federal government returns to more work in office days this system as it is will collapse.
Every morning see people left behind at the place d'orleans park and ride will increase. You will cause people to loose their jobs due to your lack of monitoring the situation that you claim to do. Cherry picking the numbers so it looks all is well is not a good look.
@OC_TranspoHelps@OC_Transpo since asking for more frequency and capacity is yielding the opposite results. We need smaller busses and less frequency to and from orleans
@OC_TranspoHelps entering week 3 of small busses from orleans and now leaving people behind at place d'orleans orleans park and ride.
Monitoring the situation, nice joke. Rush hour does not start at 7 . . .
@OC_TranspoHelps hello? Has anyone been monitoring the east end busses at all for the past year? We need more frequently and/or capacity. Busses are overcrowded and leaving people behind, then gotta wait 10+ min and try to get on the next one, which is another shoving match
Near the escalator, there is a small passage with loads wanting to get on and off. Another spot of shoving matches to move through the crowd. Prove you are monitoring the situation, because all I see its a lie
@OC_TranspoHelps you can not rely on the train operating soon I have said this many times. Blair needs a redistribution of the heading east stops. Giving more space does not stop the shoving matches, route 25 should not be dropping people off at that stop D as well.
Making more space has just increased the numbers in the shoving matches, especially when the 25 shows up which in more frequent than any other route. You claim to be monitoring the situation i have yet to see any results. Past 2 months there is also a huge bottleneck at the train
@OC_Transpo@OC_TranspoHelps over 2 months on single car service, and still stagnation of how many trains available. I highly doubt the flaking issue is the reason. The real reason is who cares if a single car becomes a sardine can it's the customer who feels it.
Yesterday was a clear example you operate the r1 as first time it's been activated. Should not have started at rideau. And clearly this morning, no capacity. As per the above message you contracted the service by getting rid of your bus fleet. There was capacity before the train
@OC_Transpo this is why you should not have sold busses, laid off staff. Have no intention of replacing the old busses. You should have used the train as an addition not a replacement to the bus service. Expand not contract it.
