Flew @UnitedAirlines_ SFO to Athens with connection in #schipholairport 2 days ago. Bags never made it from AMS to Athens flight A 625. Around 100 passengers are missing bags from that flight. Find the bags and send them on the next flight to Athens, this is unacceptable

@Delta have new #customerservice people who are rude and incompetent. They admitted their mistake but won't do anything to fix it by giving me a first class seat on the flight that i originally booked. Options are seat next to toilets or middle. I'm a platinum customer for years
