@British_Airways hi, i've just got an email saying that there's an option to claim full refund for my sister's flight from Doha to London. however, when i tried to cancel the booking on BA website, it won't let me as i booked it on Qatar Airways' app. can u please assist? thanks

@AmazonHelp hi i've got an email saying that i haven't returned the dust vacuum i bought but i've returned it on 5th Jan, and i thought everything was fine as on the same day i received the refund, and the automatic messaging assistant (?) on the app said you've received the item
