I want them to come out one day and reveal they’ve been working HARD behind the scenes fighting false allegations, harassment, threats against employees, legal issues, WHATEVER (I DONT CARE! ALIENS IF THEY WANT TO) and that everything had to stay so confidential they literally couldn’t tell us anything

I want there to be an actual reason for the month of radio silence. A reason they couldn’t even say, “Valko will return in the future, pls stand by” A reason there was no roadmap, why content suddenly felt cut, rearranged, or uncertain, and why communication completely collapsed

I WANT them to clap back with receipts and make me go, “Oh. Damn. We really didn’t know what was happening, sorry bro”

Because the alternative (the reality we currently live) is that a company this big genuinely managed a crisis involving its paying customers THIS badly for no defensible reason, and that is honestly worse.

Saw an XHS post talking about how Valko's cancellation and fighting for him has made them love him more than they would've if he'd launched normally, and like, mood.

But the sad part was people in the comments talking about how fan behavior has made it difficult to look at the other LIs the same way. I really felt that, too.

I know I'll go back to loving Xavier and Caleb with my whole heart once this is over and I'm playing again, but right now there are moments it's difficult to even look at them. Not only have we seen people perpetuate absolutely vile behavior while hiding behind icons of the other LIs, we've all been attacked for daring to even claim we still love the others. It's a sad state this fandom is in. I don't blame anyone who finds they can't go back to maining their old LIs now.

Even if the characters aren't responsible, it's hard to look at them the same when their names and faces have been weaponized for hatred.

Uninstall or don't, but don't expect anything to happen at this expo that isn't normal expo shit. When they address is it's not going to be through a 3rd-party event.
