A goldeneye hen has laid eggs in the nest box at our Fredericton Conservation Centre. But you might notice one of these things is not like the others: a wood duck hen has once again laid a single white egg in goldeneye's clutch. Stay tuned this week for video updates!

This is us! We are an @NSERC_CRSNG funded podcast based out of the @chmaFM studio at Mount Allison University. Join us for funny (and embarrassing) stories of science fieldwork. This is everything Reviewer #2 doesn’t want in the final publication.
@drtightline@iloveterns I used to fill up bird feeders for cottagers as a kid and we would use nyger and suet as well as black sunflower. I remember seing all kinds of birds (cardinals, grosebeaks, flickers, etc) and the common nuthatches, woodpeckers, finches, and chickadees.
From conducting research on fish passage, analyzing the ecosystem services wetlands provide, and inspiring the next generation of women in science through our ed programs, our Atlantic Team is proud to celebrate International Day of Women and Girls in Science today, and everyday.
