We legislators overlooked the impact of section 73(1) & the definition of “child” in new Road Traffic Act.PPV’s should’ve been excluded from that rule.The JCF should stop enforcing a baby seat requirement for PPV’s until new Act is amended.I’ll address this w/a Priv Member's Bill
