Agent tries to twist the conversation by saying no refund promise was made. #KlookScam2023 #BadCustomerSupport

@KlookTravel #Scam No reply from their customer service. It’s been over 40 minutes.

[Demi Myrrh Cua @demicua]

@KlookTravel’s #customerservice agents have continued to make their own policies. Not only did they make me wait 7 days for no refund. But they also blamed me for misunderstanding what clearly is stated as a proposed #refund. #scam #robbery #klook

@KlookTravel’s #customersupport is a #scam. They made me wait for 7 days for a refund that would never come.

Now the new #customersupport agent has decided to cancel his colleagues claim. He now told me its my fault for believing the other agent.

What a joke. #Klook #Scam

@KlookTravel claims to be of #GOODWILL. But has made the #finaldecision to issue me a refund only 7 days after I don’t show up.

Not only did they #mislead me to make a #worthless purchase. But they also have decided to hold my #GOODWILL #KlookCredits hostage.

[Demi Myrrh Cua @demicua]

@KlookTravel claims to be of #GOODWILL. But they neglect to properly inform their customers and customer service agents about the changes and upgrades made in their purchased vouchers.

This resulted in #misleading me to make a second #worthless purchase using #KlookCredits

@KlookTravel has #failed to #deliver what their #Singapore #voucher has promised.

They #scammed me and told me that I had 15-30 days to schedule my Universal Studios Singapore ticket.

However, after I made the payment. They told me I could only book until Nov.17,2023. #Klook

[Demi Myrrh Cua @demicua]

@KlookTravel told me that instead of having the #Singapore #voucher cancelled and refunded.

I should instead book another #UniversalStudiosTicket from #Klook and then they’ll send me credits.

@KlookTravel I was told to wait 24 hours for a response. But apparently the request was never sent as per the next agent that took over 24 hours later.

The customer service couldn’t even provide me a reference number. Since the request was made internally.

@carlobijan Try AXS and SLP. The ecosystem of AXIES seem independent from the altcoins and BTC.
