This No Kings Day:
Don't be afraid to exercise your right to free speech.
Don't let Donald Trump or Republicans intimidate you into silence.
Be proud that you are standing up for our democracy.
Attention, America: No Kings is October 17! Get ready to defend the upcoming election and join the LARGEST early vote in American history. It's up to all of us. Let's get to work. https://t.co/S0CIVrpkoM
Nearly $2,000. By my calculation, that is what the Iran war has cost the average American household since the war began nearly eight months ago. Nationwide, that adds up to $265 billion.
Trump folks have also said that hidden fees in air travel are now A-OK as are misleading font sizes that make buyers think tickets are cheaper than the final price. Those millions of dollars levied in fines because of delays? Also gone. Looking forward to flying, are you?
Vote for Pat Halpin! @RepGarbarino's union rating plummeted this year b/c of votes hurting workers: Voted against collective bargaining, okayed junk health insurance for workers, voted to slash Medicaid, SNAP & other social safety programs many working families depend on.
While Trump made $635 million off his meme coin, buyers have lost some $4.7 billion & the biggest holders get dinner with the president. While you pay more at the pump, access to the White House is for sale.

Just weeks before the midterms Trump sends a $90 bribe to seniors. That's $1.8 billion of our tax dollars to feed his ego. Nah. We're passing it along to Democrats!
Nearly 11% of Suffolk recipients will lose SNAP benefits thanks to @RepGarbarino, @RepLaLota and their Big Beautiful Bill. That's poor kids, the elderly, the working poor and the disabled. It's heartless. https://t.co/PIv2onV5Ap
Trump’s accounts bought bonds tied to a Georgia coal plant. 57 days later, he exempted it from stricter pollution rules. His money is tied to a plant he can let pollute more.
Families shouldn’t have to wonder whether their lungs lost to his wallet.

Free community college is giving tens of thousands of students a chance to learn new skills, start new careers, and build a better future for their families.
Meet some of the New Yorkers making the most of it:
Lt. Gov. Nominee @AdrienneEAdams: From starting his own armed MAGA militia to pushing for the reversal of our best-in-the-nation gun safety laws, Bruce Blakeman won’t keep New Yorkers safe.
NEW:Blakeman campaign filing shows thousands of duplicate contributions.
Critics say raises questions about his actual cash on hand.
Campaign blames Bd of Elex filing system. @shugheswrites@Newsday with more:

Clean drinking water is a necessity, not a luxury.
I’m proud to have secured millions in federal funding to clean up Nassau County’s water since I took office.
There’s still more work to do. I won’t stop until our water is clean and safe for every Long Islander.

The policy choices of this administration are squeezing families on Long Island, in Queens, and across America. Everything costs too much, and Washington needs to do something about it. Here’s my plan to fight back.
BREAKING: @SenWarren just launched the Trumpflation Tracker.
Spoiler alert: Americans are seeing higher prices, shrinking paychecks, and suffocating household debt.
An 18-year veteran of the Interior Dept & self-described conservative Christian has resigned in protest because of a “a deeply troubling assault on the rule of the law” and concerns over the flouting of environmental regulations. What happens when all the good guys leave? Vote!
Celebrating the 35th Annual St. James Day, in a community with a history that goes back generations.
St. James has that special Long Island charm where history and community still feel connected.
It was a beautiful day to celebrate while connecting with people throughout the community, catching up with familiar faces, and meeting some new ones along the way.
I am out in the community every day connecting with our neighbors. Let’s keep the momentum going into November ☀️
