POLE NUMBER 50 FOR RACE START 250
Looking back on this and itβs even more funny watching the mental psychosis going on. All Max said was that itβs hot but thatβs part of motorsport and that you need to train for that..
Max was asked about Russell's comment about the cooling vests and comparing driving in Malaysia to being in a suana
"I donβt need it. Maybe I suffer a bit less from the heat.. I find a Finnish sauna at 85 degrees a lot hotter... You shouldnβt make a fuss. Yes, it is hot, but thatβs part of it. You have to train for that."
"When I was eighteen, I had a bit more trouble with these conditions. But after that, I started training more in the heat, such as in the sauna and a steam room, so that I can handle the sweating better and the fact that your head gets very hot. Maybe I should take him (Russell) to the sauna a few times."

@hi3ut Qatar β23 is an outlier, itβs interesting when i see quotes from Max, Fernando and Lewis saying that you need to prepare for stuff like this & that the cooling vests get hot after a certain amount of time, endurance & fitness is a big part of this sport, and it should be that way
i sometimes believe that you guys donβt realise you are watching a professional sport. shame on Max Verstappen for pointing out that he trains and prepares for conditions like this and said that another professional athlete should do the same.. such a fucking non issue lmfao
@mandarthalorian theyβre pounding chest about that post RBR posted yesterday when thatβs not the cooling vest drivers would wear whilst driving ππ₯ #f1twtspecial
