After going back and forth with @owletbabycare for over a month and them admitting that I have a faulty sensor their response is to make me pay for a new one. Absolutely disappointed with this terrible customer service. 3 children and every single owlet sensor had a problem
@owletbabycare a master class in awful customer service. I expressed my frustration and this is the response I get. Every single sock I bought or got as a gift (3 total) has had a problem and stopped working.
