@SBInsiderHQ LITERALLY. I’d say I’m biased for the SEC but I agree 100%. Essentially they want a rule to discourage athletic pitchers. That’s the advantage of pitchers who hit, play defense and can even steal bases🤷🏼‍♀️ that’s going backwards for the sport

@Jay_Ohhhh @justfactsmaam It’s not that they’re guaranteed a spot but, most likely, and specifically for this season, at least Mizzou and Auburn had good enough RPI and other metrics to qualify them. I didn’t see much from Kentucky to know if their metrics would have them qualify if they finished 500.
