🔴کمیته پیگیری باخبر شده که حکم اعدام احسان حسینی‌پور حصارلو، متین محمدی و عرفان امیری، سه شهروند ۱۷ و ۱۸ ساله که در جریان اعتراضات دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ بازداشت شدند، در دیوان عالی کشور تایید و به اجرای احکام ارسال شده است. با تایید حکم و ارسال آن به اجرای احکام، این سه نفر در معرض اعدام‌اند.

🔹️احسان حسینی‌پور حصارلو، متین محمدی و عرفان امیری در پرونده مرتبط به آتش‌سوزی مسجد پاکدشت بازداشت شدند. آنها در این پرونده در دادگاه انقلاب تهران با اتهاماتی از جمله «اقدام علیه امنیت داخلی»، «اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت کشور»، «مشارکت در قتل دو نفر»، «تحریق عمدی مسجد سیدالشهدا در پاکدشت» و «تخریب اموال عمومی» مواجه شده بودند.

🔹️خبرگزاری میزان، رسانه وابسته به قوه قضاییه پیش‌تر گزارش داده بود، این سه شهروند به‌عنوان «عناصر اصلی» در حمله و آتش‌سوزی مسجد سیدالشهدا در شهرستان پاکدشت شناسایی شده‌اند و در جریان اعتراضات با ایجاد حریق در این مسجد، باعث مرگ دو نفر به نام‌های علی‌اکبر [زارعی] و طاها [عزیزی‌خواه] شدند که در طبقه پایین مسجد محبوس شده بودند. این حادثه در جریان اعتراضات ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ رخ داده است.

🔹️در جریان جلسه دادگاه، نماینده دادستان این سه شهروند را به «حضور مؤثر در اعتراضات»، «اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت کشور»، «مشارکت در قتل»، «تحریق عمدی مسجد سیدالشهدا در پاکدشت» و «حمل سلاح سرد و مواد آتش‌زا» متهم کرده و مستندات این اتهامات را اعترافات اخذشده از متهمان و گزارش ضابطان امنیتی عنوان کرده است.

🔹️همچنین به گزارش خبرگزاری میزان، در جلسه دادگاه، کسانی که گفته شده اولیای دم دو جان‌باخته هستند خواستار اشد مجازات و قصاص متهمان شدند.

🔹️بر اساس اطلاعاتی که پیشتر از احسان حسینی‌پور به دست کمیته پیگیری رسیده بود، او در روز ۱۸ دی‌ماه بازداشت شده و به گفته نزدیکانش، در دوران بازداشت تحت فشار و شکنجه شدید قرار گرفته است.

🔹️منابع مطلع اعلام کرده‌اند اعترافات منتسب به او تحت ضرب‌وشتم و تهدید اخذ شده و به وی اجازه دفاع یا بیان توضیحات داده نشده است. همچنین گفته می‌شود با تهدید اسلحه و اعمال فشار از او خواسته شده اعتراف کند در آتش‌سوزی مسجد نقش داشته؛ موضوعی که به گفته نزدیکانش، احسان آن را رد کرده و اعلام کرده در شب حادثه در محل حضور نداشته است. گزارش‌ها حاکی است که او در نهایت پس از تحمل فشارهای شدید، مجبور به امضای اظهاراتی شده که صحت آن‌ها را نپذیرفته است. او در حال حاضر در زندان خورین ورامین به سر می‌برد.

Day 75 of Narges Mohammadi’s illegal imprisonment.

Human Rights Watch received credible information that the authorities pressured the Nobel Peace Laureate Narges Mohammadi, arbitrarily detained since December 12, to condemn the protests that started on December 28. According to the information, Mohammadi was tortured and otherwise ill-treated at the time of her arrest, including being severely beaten with sticks and batons causing injury to her head and her genital area.

Security forces also dragged her by her hair and threatened her with further violence. On February 7, a revolutionary court in Mashhad sentenced Mohammadi to seven years and six months in prison for vaguely worded national security offenses and supplementary punishments, including a two-year travel ban.
