Andy Burnham won an overwhelming victory.
It is only fair to recognise that and congratulate him and his team.
An impressive campaign, particularly their effort on the ground yesterday in Makerfield which was vast.
Fair enough.
It’s clear that the people of Makerfield reckoned voting for Andy Burnham as the best hope of getting rid of the awful Keir Starmer. But it could be out of the frying pan and into the fire.
Could someone explain how on earth,as this lady punter says, that “the Cape Verde result is a victory for immigration”? Or is she just playing politics with sport? She needs to be told to wind her neck in.
This is possibly the worst crime in modern history.
Two men "adopted" a baby.
"A post mortem examination identified more than 30 external bruises, as well as internal bruising to his mouth and throat, internal bruising to his anus, bowel and bladder, lacerations to his anorectum, and a perforated bowel."
"One medical expert gave evidence that a bruise on the baby’s bottom appeared to be a human bite mark."
Think what this poor baby went through. The men who did this should be put to death.
Men should not be able to buy babies. I know that this will cause some anguish to good men who have good intentions, but it's necessary to prevent this happening. This cannot happen again.
Elon Musk has upset an awful lot of people by becoming a trillionaire. Mostly by people who haven’t an original thought in their head and haven’t created or built a single thing in their lives.

@johnfinucane No to mob violence but what about the violence of terrorism, the bombing, shooting, knee capping, kidnapping Have you ever condemned the IRA ?
He says he has to “earn the right to sing it”. What a pathetic excuse, but I suppose he could also point to the fact that half the England players (disgracefully) don’t sing it.
"Very poor white people” are being convinced that “very poor, hard-working brown or Black people” are responsible for the “problems caused by billionaire white men”, Allison Morris, Crime Correspondent at the Belfast Telegraph, says in the wake of the riots that spread through the capital of Northern Ireland overnight.
@SaraONeillArt Do you realise that you are doing exactly the same thing that you are accusing an entire section of people of? It is neither accurate or helpful. Actually it is toxic to society here.
‘There are a greater number of communities in the United Kingdom who feel the pressure of uncontrolled, illegal migration.’
Leader of the DUP in Westminster Gavin Robinson MP discusses the impact of mass migration on community cohesion.
WOW. This exchange in the House of Commons reveals the problem.
Jim Allister:
“What is being done to stop the importing of alien cultures in which people think it is acceptable to try and behead somebody?”
Hilary Benn: “sorry, what do you mean by alien cultures?”
