@BlockForClimate It seems like 6.4 language has changed so that corresponding adjustments will apply to all #Article6 ITMOs, not just for ITMOs from sectors in a country's NDC - strengthening avoidance of double counting from the previous draft. Can anyone confirm/clarify?

A couple of encouraging things happened at #COP26:
1) @BlockForClimate launched the #BITMO Platform to help countries issue & exchange Article 6.2 #ITMOs.
2) Countries reached agreement on #Article6 of the Paris Agreement!

My thread on the final plenary at #COP26, where countries comment on the latest draft texts. My take: vulnerable countries want clear doubling of adaptation finance, new NDCs next year, say phaseout of “inefficient fossil fuel subsidies” in the text is not enough.
