On a personal level, I feel sad for Keir, who is a decent man. He had the wrong people around him from the start, inherited Tory decimation of the UK, and a fractured Labour. Those who think Andy Burnham is going to radically change the political landscape are either stupid or naive.
I kinda feel sorry for him. He's quietly and competently getting on with fixing broken Britain. He's just not charismatic. Has tried to avoid angering either political side and ended up aggravating both and the right wing media has easily eviscerated him
Today, my wife & I joined Donald Trump’s hit list. He has directed his Department of Justice to investigate us. They have not found a crime - they are simply trying to find one.
He isn't coming after me because of mean tweets, but because I am considering running for President.
He hates that I consistently call him out. He is simply the most corrupt President in American history.
We have nothing to hide.
Mr. President, come after me. I am not going anywhere.
The country is watching.
No one does it better than the Turks on commentary, unbelievable, best free signing in EFL history. Give him the service, and he’ll bag in the Prem too 🐐 #hcafc
@PolitlcsUK@LabourList Once again the country falls into the trap of changing leadership after a couple of years meaning no real progress made. Been this way since 2005.
It’s like football managers you need to give them time to implement real change. Chopping and changing leads to a mess
On this day in 2021, City secured promotion back to the Championship at the first time of asking with a 1-2 win at Lincoln. Take it away George… #hcafc
I have a brilliant idea: Since there's a lot of this sort of thing to be done, we could all get together and elect a couple of dozen leading local people (a "Council'), put them in charge of this kind of work, and levy a tax ('Council Tax') on households to defray the expenses.
