I went and found the full Kick stream of this clip, and it turns out the propaganda that's being pushed is NOT actually true.

It turns out the European Spanish creep saw the drunk Japanese girl walking either on her own or separated from her friends. You can hear her likely trying to call out to her friends or something.

Instead of leaving her alone, they decided to follow her for a full 5 minutes, harassing her until she saw the African Nigerian guy, and that's where we see her call out to him for help.

The drunk Japanese girl ran TOWARD the Nigerian guy for help, because the two Spanish creeps wouldn't leave her alone.

The Nigerian guy then pressed them on it. The Spanish creep then decided to walk away and switch the script, trying to paint the narrative that the Nigerian, who was minding his business, might be dangerous.
