The same is true for good and evil in the Third Dimension of Relativity. The Fourth Dimension (Heaven) lacks Limitation and Duality. So the Third Dimension was created for this purpose.

Limitation focuses the All, the everything into a single individual that can look upon the rest of Itself all around Itself. Duality = Opposites = Choices = Experiences (the whole purpose).
