HUD found cases of blatant discrimination in Texas — then our current administration shut the cases down. Houston’s Black and Latino communities were denied disaster funds, and a Dallas HOA kicked out Black tenants. Now, the government is walking away. https://t.co/00BwUvilQi
My grandmother's house was taken because some "businessman" paid the taxes on it when she was late and he gained ownership of her house. He gave her about 3 weeks to move out and she was taking care of my grandfather who was bedridden. They were both in their 80's. She owned that house for over 50+ years and then he took it. Now our family home that we were supposed to inherit is gone. She died in her apartment a few years later after my grandfather died after losing the house.
The status of the property (same side of my family) that was also is owned in NJ by my great grandfather/mother is unknown. The house/farm burned down years ago. My mom remembers being a little girl in that house in Chiselhurst. I have a feeling that is also lost.
When we black Americans talk about Reparations for what we went through, this is also part of what we are told to "get over" by some people.
Watch this report and tell me if this is fair. Capitalists TAKING our homes and land just because they can. It's not right and this is why capitalism needs to be dismantled and Reparations is owed.

WOW, this is pretty rough to hear…BUT please watch and share so that word gets out.
NBC News is reporting that Erika Lee, the woman behind the viral post that claimed her neighbor’s cat was kidnapped at the hands of Haitian neighbors, deleted her post. She now says that it was wrong and that she misinterpreted a neighbors story and ‘messed up royally’. She never meant to cause so much hate against this one group of people.
@RichEisenShow as long as the celebrities & past players show an interest in watching the #NBAAllStar game the players will continue to not play hard.
@RichEisenShow@AndrewSiciliano I agree with your issue. If you’re not willing to lick the bottom of your shoes don’t put them where my hands have to touch.
