Spring has sprung in Queenstown and itโs both the weather and the real estate market that are warming up. We are still very much in an even market between buyer and seller. Confidence is building off the back of the ORC rate decrease and banks are competing. #queenstown#property
The Market Is The Market. This is a term used for sellers and buyers alike and usually relates to actual sales data of comparable properties, when sellers expectations are over and above or buyers hopes are well below fair market value. #queenstown#nzproperty#local#realestate
Real estate buyers who know how the purchase process works and can understand and work through potential offer conditions quickly, or have finance sorted, will always be better equipped to beat the competition. #queenstown#nz#buyingnzproperty#nzproperty

Eyes of NZ should be ok the upcoming reserve bankโs offical cash rate update on 28th February. Most economist are predicting it to remain steady, but ANZ is calling for it to go up.

Some days the office view here is just epic. Admittedly growing up here I sometimes take it for granted, but how can I not be grateful to call a place like this home. #queenstown#nz
@MariaSherwood2 As an agent we have been fine with NZ, Aus & Singapore buyers over the last 5 years (they slipped Singapore in at the very last minute) the ploy may have been added taxation, aka stamp duty, then roll that out to all transactions, even NZ buyers. We still need more new homes.
