Statute of limitations cannot exist when the plaintiff submits an objection to perjured sworn testimony! It is illegal for the court to ignore, disregard an allegation of perjury when fraud is used to deceive the plaintiff and the court! Statute of limitations is moot!

How does a criminal go before a grand jury for suspicion of embezzlement and only gets 2 years probation doesn’t answer or gets asked question about crimes he committed? The court just allows statute of limitations to run out and hides behind that loophole!

The problem in America is No one is checking the people who enforce the law the politicians that make the law or the judges that rule on the law! When moral turpitude is corrupted the citizens must become vigilant by exposing those who abuse their power!

It has been 1 calendar year and the court failed to compensate the victims of educational theft! The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office is obligated to step in and arrest every involved!
