UPSC has unleashed it's power, now after 2012 they are in the position to make changes as per their need. They want an elite class, pizza burger class. They know rural aspirants can fight in GS bt will fail in CSAT, so they added quest from IIT JEE nd CAT.

UPSC wants instagram reel lovers yodhas n youtuber IAS. If I am wrong you can check the insta of these toppers. They r mostly from elite class, elite colleges going dubai 4 vacations and then ready to do corruption. They don't have sympathy for poors. CSAT
