And just like that… our first flight is delayed and the connecting flight will be missed so I can change the flight at no cost. But I had upgraded to first class and only steerage is offered AND I had to pay 36 for seats. So no cost due to their issues, paid upgrade ignored AND I had to pay to have an assigned seat? Thanks American! Changing my flight with “no cost” loses me the upgrade i PAID for and then you charge me to ensure my autistic teen and I can sit together. -#americanairlinesFAIL
