@SP_EnergyPeople I cannot get by the chatbot to submit images of my electricity meter which does not appear to be working. This will be the third set of images I’ll have submitted. Each time is at least 1 hour on the chat. I have a smart meter as well. Can someone help please?

@ScottishPower I have been trying to call but cannot get passed the options. Gas meter broken. Called two weeks ago and was told an engineer would be in touch. There has been no contact yet. Can you advise please?
