Poland is without doubt, the best place I have been for Woodpeckers with 9 species seen and Three-toed was the last one I needed for the WP.

Top day out in Norfolk y'day, BW Kite at lomg last. Record shot is an understatement but amazing scope views. Swallowtails at Strumpshaw + dragons & Butterflies everywhere you looked. Rounded the day off at Cley Marshes, a place that never disappoints.

@McGuigle @birdinglothian That was over 3 years ago now so suspect this is a different bird, if it is indeed a 2cy

@McGuigle @birdinglothian Appears to be a 2cy male, Chris. I do have some more 'distant' shots side on but not the greatest quality due to distance. The only rufous tones I noted were on the underwing coverts when it flew up into the tree belt, nothing else.
