Landlords are already getting crushed and this is just gonna make them run for the exits even faster.

Then the buildings rot, the slumlords move in, crime explodes, and the taxpayers get stuck cleaning up the mess again.

These radicals don’t believe in private property.

They want to abolish it piece by piece until everything belongs to the government or falls apart.
