Talking to friends and colleagues after i was sold glasses by @Specsavers that i didn't actually need and they did not resolve the problem. Seems like it's actually quite common. I'm be going to @bootsopticians next time.

@McDonaldsUK terrible service today at one of your restaurants. Won't be going there again. The manager rude. For a "child friendly" restaurant, to be called names by the "manager" is pretty disgusting! I wonder if managers are given training. The actual serving staff are great!
