@O2 thank you Francis for leaving me on the customer service call today. You said you were going to get my PAC code and then left me listening to the music for 10 minutes. A new customer service ploy or just really rude and unhelpful.

@Barclays This seems to be failing at grass roots level. I would just like to change my business account mandate and have had 3 phone calls where I am still trying to do this. Please but the business team back into branches this is crazy and very poor service.

@Kery_lee@IHGService@IHGService I agree I had 57,000 points and today I have zero. Where have all of my customer loyalty points gone? If you call up you are put through to a chat bot that "cannot hear you" what a way to deal with customer issues. At least communicate effectively with your customers.
