A very photogenic young red backed shrike was the highlight of the day at Landguard today. Our highest ringing day of the year at 68 birds, was also not bad!

NHS waiting lists are going up because for 13 years the Conservatives have actively undermined, underresourced and underfunded the NHS. They have failed to support staff and failed patients.

They can try and point fingers at whoever they want- this is on them.

@Jake_Gearty Be thankful it’s just ants! We have ichneumons, ants and spiders and an opportunistic great tit who knows where the trap is!

And focus on the pretty ones, the rare ones are boring as hell 😂
