@GodoxUK any idea what this means? AD600 pack charging to two out of three LEDs, then charger shows the following (see video).
Pack hasn't had a huge amount of use or an unusual number of charge cycles.

@GodoxUK I've already done the jumper/wake trick to bring it back to life - suspect that one of the cells is dead/out of voltage range and the charge management circuit can't deal with it any more.
Do you offer any paid reconditioning services for batteries?
