@PLDT_Cares I really feel that @DtiPhilippines should ask @PLDT_Cares to refund customers fully when we can’t use the internet at its expected speed. Sending DMs via messenger always just gives AI-generated replies. 😫

@PLDT_Cares It’s the same generic answer with no clear resolution always. Requesting for a refund is also extremely difficult and frustrating, sometimes taking me hours on the phone for a measly 200 pesos for days of inconvenience. 😫😫😫

How to claim @PLDT_Cares rebates for days with slow or no internet connection.
(Spoiler Alert: if you’re after the money, it is not worth the effort. I had to call at least 5x; each time, I spent at least 30 mins on queue. I only got Php210 back for 1 wk of internet problems).
This whole experience made me feel that PLDT intentionally makes it difficult for consumers to request for rebate. Take note that their representative only processed rebates for only one of my 2 open tickets.
@PLDT_Cares hindi nyo talaga pinapansin pag tungkol sa rebates ang usapan dahil sa bad service nyo. That’s fraudulent. It feels like you are stealing money from us.

I got disconnected in the middle of my online Final Exam! Expecting the worst grade in this subject (my favorite one).
But what can I do aside from the rebates I demanded? 😩 The consumer is at the losing end again.
@PLDT_Cares I hope our lawmakers in the @senatePH and @HouseofRepsPH can make laws to protect consumers against these unfair policies of telcos. @DICTgovph should also do something.
