➡️ सम्मेलन में प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों राष्ट्रीय/ राज्य स्तरीय प्रतिष्ठित मीडिया हाउस के प्रतिनिधियों, शिक्षाविदों, स्कूल, कॉलेज #ELC सदस्यों ,मीडिया व मास कम्युनिकेशन के विद्यार्थियों ने भाग लिया।
➡️ सम्मेलन में इस बात पर व्यापक सहमति व्यक्त की गई कि प्रभावी मतदाता शिक्षा, जिम्मेदार मीडिया, डिजिटल साक्षरता और संस्थागत समन्वय ही सशक्त लोकतंत्र की आधारशिला हैं।

➡️ During the discussion, the experienced panelists provided detailed insights into the provisions of the "Representation of the People Act" and explained the roles and responsibilities of the Media Certification and Monitoring Committee (MCMCs) at the State and District levels during election campaigns.
➡️ The panelists also emphasized the need to incorporate engaging electoral literacy content into academic curricula to enhance voter awareness among young voters.They highlighted the importance of verifying election-related information and facts through the official websites of the Election Commission and the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO).
✨ School Electoral Literacy Club (ELC) members participating in the session raised questions on issues related to the credibility of candidates advertisement,paid news, and the administration’s media monitoring mechanism during elections.

👉 College ELCs के सुदृढ़ीकरण, सफल संचालन एवं प्रभावी पर्यवेक्षण हेतु निर्वाचन विभाग द्वारा #SOP जारी कर दी गई है,जिसके अनुसार -
➡️ #ELC का संचालन कार्यकारिणी समिति द्वारा किया जाता है,जिसके सदस्यों का चुनाव ईएलसी के विद्यार्थी सदस्यों में से किया जाता है।
➡️ समिति में एक अध्यक्ष, एक उपाध्यक्ष और 18 मुख्य सदस्य(कुल 20 पदाधिकारी)) सम्मिलित होते हैं
➡️ यदि कोई दिव्यांग (उपलब्धता के आधार पर) छात्र/छात्रा हो तो उसे पदाधिकारी के रूप में अवश्य सम्मिलित किया जाए ।
