Believe it or not, this entire clip required just 45 keyframes to get it right. 17 initial keyframes- one per scene- to get the base scene colors established. A blend of automated and manual colorization. And then the rest are auto-generated from that and minor corrections made.

KLM Flight 633 was a passenger flight from Amsterdam to NYC. On 5 September 1954, immediately after takeoff from refuelling at Shannon, the Super Constellation Triton ditched on a mudbank in the River Shannon. 28 people were killed in the accident.
