I feel like AI is turning my brain to mush.

Tasks are easier to execute now, but I am not doing less work. I am doing more.

Right now, I am juggling eight different projects at once, and that level of constant context switching takes a real toll on the human brain.

Now, after a full day of prompting and switching between tasks with AI, I can barely focus enough to think clearly. My Elo is at an all time low.

At this point, it feels like a kind of drug, and I am worse for it.
