Been living in Sydney almost 4 months had some class days. none of them would come close to beating these today

You don’t actually TRULY own anything (apart from your own mind).

A mistake is to think that because you ‘have’ something that it is yours - no, it is outside of your self.

The issue is, when you emotionally attach to something outside of yourself - if you lose it, then ‘you’ get hurt
Because with this wrong assumption - part of ‘you’ has been affected.

When you attach to material objects
When you attach to the results of some circumstance
When you attach to politics
When you attach to your house, car, money
When you attach to other people, relationships

You eXternalise your own self and ego, and by doing so open it up to vulnerability, because you can’t control the external.

Whilst it is important to have care for and give attention to the 3D physical reality, to attach yourself to it is folly, at its most reductible principles..

Inside your mind, you are in control.
Nothing can affect you unless you allow it.

One of the biggest meta-skills for life is being able to enjoy every situation you find yourself in.

Your wheel blew out on your car, phone died and you’re stuck on the side of the road as its getting darker - but HEY, the view of the sunset is pretty nice right now.

This will be a great story to tell once it’s through!

Even if it isn’t your personal cup of tea, something is going ‘wrong’, the situation isn’t ‘ideal’ or it’s something completely new; it SO important to be able to sit back, observe and actively enjoy no matter what it is. When you adopt this mindset, you surge in terms of your energetic level and attract the best of all situations, and the situations you encounter will become naturally more enjoyable.

The trick to happiness is to not mind whatever happens.

You will benefit from both detaching from the external, and simultaneously enjoying whatever the external delivers to you. Somewhat illogically, your wants seem to flow better and fulfil themselves when you don’t attach yourself to the results.

Hold the vision of what you desire top of mind, and enjoy everything that this life has to offer.

A cada rodada fora de casa uma surpresa desagradável. E foram muitas nessa temporada. Desejos de morte, boneco enforcado, muitos gritos criminosos... Tudo registrado.

Mas o discurso sempre cai em “casos isolados”, “um torcedor”. Não, não são casos isolados. São episódios contínuos espalhados por várias cidades da Espanha (e até em um programa de televisão).

As provas estão aí no vídeo. Agora pergunto: quantos desses racistas tiveram nomes e fotos expostos em sites? Eu respondo pra facilitar: zero. Nenhum pra contar uma história triste ou pedir aquelas falsas desculpas públicas.

O que falta para criminalizarem essas pessoas? E punirem esportivamente os clubes? Por que os patrocinadores não cobram a La Liga? As televisões não se incomodam de transmitir essa barbárie a cada fim de semana?

O problema é gravíssimo e comunicados não funcionam mais. Me culpar para justificar atos criminosos também não.
