I hate seeing anyone in these. My teenage son had a friend come over my house in one of these. I had to tell him don’t ever in your life come over my house with a mask on again. It was almost a really bad misunderstanding
“It’s been a very quiet spring for Eli Stowers. With Calcaterra out today, one would’ve expected more opportunity for the Eagles’ second-round pick. But the rookie tight end was invisible.”

#karmeloAnthony family needs to get away from that Defense Attorney. The Anthony Family would have probably came out better with a Public Defender. That guy and his team was trash. They brought in no experts, they didn't motion for a change of venue and he didn't challenge the biased jury selection.
1. Find a an appeals attorney to argue if the the Batson Challenge was raised by the Defense Attorney.
2. The attorney was ineffective assistance of counsel. The world watched Karmelo 6th amendment and 14th Amendment constitutional rights violated.
3. Karmelo Anthony has a lawsuit, is his family preparing to sue as well as appeal.
4. Get him some lawyers like we did for Ozone. It took for us to get "y" attorneys for him to get off of the death penalty trial for self defense for unaliving a cop. We had a whole defense team to expert witnesses to professionals.
If anyone know the family please get him away from that attorney. That attorney was paid entirely too much money to let the judge and the prosecution to do that to #Karmelo
His family is gonna have to get an elite appeals team and not someone that someone knows or a friend of the family.
You can be 25 and down to 2 nickels, no place to stay and no food & ppl will tell you don’t use your money in your 401k. You got like 40 years to make that shit back just use the money man
Even considering the county and no Black juror on the jury, based on the defense’s performance and the actual jury instructions (I don’t think people realize how serious this part is) I can see how Karmelo Anthony was, unfortunately, found guilty of murder. I’m going by what was strictly submitted/said in court. What’s on record.
His attorney never proved he feared for his life. He only proved he was invited to the tent. The man never even explained why he had a knife.
The instructions were specific. Verbal provocation alone does not justify deadly force. The jury was instructed to consider all relevant facts and circumstances surrounding the killing.
The defense did not plant doubt.
Just really unfortunate you have to be perfect in every facet as a black young man growing up. There really is no runway for mistakes. More often than not grace and opportunity to learn from those mistakes are just smaller than other demographics
Never thought I’d see the day where people crying about physicality IN THE FINALS.
This after crying about flopping for a month.
NBA twitter deadass just live to complain lol
We hear a lot about generational wealth (assets, money, etc)
But in the black community it ain’t enough talk about breaking generational curses. you can leave your kids a house... and still pass down trauma. You can leave them money... and still pass down a poverty mindset.
You can leave them a business...and still pass down anger, dysfunction, broken relationships, toxicity, debt, financial ILLiteracy, victim mentality, poor health habits, lack of emotional control, addiction, fatherlessness, scarcity, unhealed pain disguised as strength.
Let’s make sure we also put emphasis on not just what to pass down, but also what to put an end to.
